| «МегаФон» стал «семеркой»
Пул «Шесть семерок» намерен увеличить свою аудиторию за счет нового участника – оператора сотовой связи МегаФон
В начале июля в пул «Шесть семерок» войдет новый участник – оператор сотовой связи «МегаФон-Москва». Об этом заявили на днях представители торгового объединения. На каких условиях компания вошла в торговый пул, не разглашается, однако его представители сообщили, что инициатива исходила от них и решение о входе «МегаФона» принималось всеми участниками объединения. В обновленном состоянии «Шесть семерок» собираются увеличить свою общую аудиторию с 2 до 4 млн человек. Аналитики потребительского рынка полагают, что это сотрудничество может стать взаимовыгодным: торговое объединение получит дополнительные средства и возможности для проведения рекламных и маркетинговых кампаний, а сотовый оператор – приоритет в привлечении новых клиентов.
Маркетинговый пул «Шесть семерок» создан в 2001 г. по инициативе торговых сетей «Старик Хоттабыч», «Спортмастер», «Арбат Престиж», «М.Видео» и «Седьмой Континент». Позже в него вошли компании МВО и «Куда.ru». Сейчас в состав пула входит более 300 магазинов, еще 48 будет открыто в нынешнем году. Совокупный оборот «Шести семерок» в 2003 г. составил более 1,6 млрд долл., в 2004 г. – 2,2 млрд долл. Владельцами единой дисконтной карты пула сегодня стали больше 2 млн москвичей. По словам генерального директора пула Алексея Чуракова, доля покупателей по единым дисконтным картам, выданным в сети магазинов «Седьмой Континент», колеблется от 20% до 50%, еще от 5% до 20% приходится на магазины других членов «Шести семерок». Вхождение в объединение нового игрока позволит пулу значительно увеличить свою клиентскую базу. «Сегодня клиентская база компании «МегаФон-Москва» составляет более 2,5 млн человек, при этом наши целевые аудитории в значительной мере пересекаются», – отметил г-н Чураков.
Как он рассказал, пулу было поручено провести закрытый тендер на привлечение двух новых участников. Выбор остановился на компании «МегаФон-Москва» как на представителе наиболее емкого сектора потребительского рынка. Для более эффективного вхождения в «Шесть семерок» сотовый оператор собирается провести ряд маркетинговых акций, направленных на привлечение клиентов. «Держателям дисконтных карт мы предоставим специальные условия при подключении, а также скидки на товары и услуги компании», – сообщил советник генерального директора оператора Роман Проколов. – В целом вхождение в пул решит вопрос повышения лояльности к нашей компании, а также сэкономит средства, необходимые для достижения этой цели».
В свою очередь Алексей Чураков заявил, что от клиентской базы «МегаФона» в объединении ожидают эффекта на уровне 10–12%. «Это поможет нам привлечь пересекающуюся аудиторию, а также тех, кто еще не пользовался услугами пула, но является клиентом этого оператора», – прокомментировал он. В ближайших планах «Шести семерок», например, значится проведение совместных маркетинговых акций, однако их подробности пока не разглашаются. «Мы планируем вести рекламные кампании, направленные на пересекающуюся аудиторию пула и оператора, – сказал Алексей Чураков RBC daily. – А также привлекать новых клиентов». Насколько это возможно, судить пока трудно. Однако в самом «МегаФоне» настроены очень оптимистично и рассчитывают в скором времени значительно нарастить свою аудиторию. По словам Романа Проколова, за год их доля рынка в столице выросла с 6% до 13%. К концу года оператор собирается увеличить число своих абонентов до 3 млн человек. А в течение ближайших нескольких лет – нарастить долю рынка до 20%. Совокупная же аудитория обновленного торгового объединения к концу 2005 г. должна составить около 4 млн человек.
Аналитики потребительского рынка оценивают перемены в пуле прежде всего как возможность привлечения новой аудитории для его участников. «Пул сам по себе – довольно экономное решение вопроса привлечения клиентов и предоставления аутсорсинговых услуг потребителям, – считает представитель ИК «ФИНАМ» Владислав Кочетков. – Очевидно, что «МегаФон-Москва» хочет за счет вступления в пул привлечь клиентов сетей, входящих в него, тогда как последние для себя эту задачу уже решили. Оператор связи сейчас стремится усиливать свои позиции, кроме того, компания готовится к IPO, так что это выглядит вполне закономерно». Другой вопрос, что в столице, по мнению эксперта, «МегаФон» ориентирован на менее обеспеченную аудиторию, чем другие операторы сотовой связи. «Скорее всего, объединение позволит расширить пересекающуюся аудиторию компаний», – отметил г-н Кочетков.
Сходного мнения придерживаются и другие эксперты. «Шесть семерок» ориентированы на потребителей высокого сегмента среднего класса, – прокомментировал RBC daily ситуацию ведущий аналитик департамента консалтинга РБК Валентин Крохин. – Получив клиентскую базу данных объединения, «МегаФон-Москва» постарается их привлечь к себе».
Примечательно, что вопрос о еще одном игроке (тендер планировалось проводить на два номера пула) пока остался открытым. «Мы не отменяем тендер, – сообщил RBC daily Алексей Чураков. – Предложения, которые мы направили компаниям, остаются в силе. Мы по-прежнему намерены привлекать участников рынка, которые не будут конкурентами компаний, входящих в наш пул, а кроме того, которые являются лидерами в своем сегменте». Аналитики полагают, что интерес для «Шести семерок» могут представлять компании из сферы услуг, причем в большей степени игроки ресторанного бизнеса. «Пулу могут оказаться интересны представители рынка уровня компании «Росинтер» или известные рестораторы вроде Аркадия Новикова, – полагает Валентин Крохин. – То есть те, что работает в среднем высоком сегменте. Учитывая тот факт, что магазины участников пула располагаются в крупных торговых центрах, это вполне оправданно». Кроме того, не исключен и вариант сотрудничества с операторами платного телевидения.
